Webpage Access's News Page
The News Page follows your current web design (full version). In version 4.0 and above you can easily change the look of the News Page. This feature allows you for instance add an order form on the News Page.The information you edit is text-based and basically, you edit headlines and the information belonging to each headline. Only registered users may access the News Page. They log in using their private User Name and Password. 

Update the page - Webpage Access does the rest!
With Webpage Access you edit a database, and when you are ready to publish it you select Update Hidden Page and click OK. All information in the database is moved to the hidden page. By default no mail is sent to the users. If you select Send Mail, information about the updated page is sent to all registered clients immediately after each update. All this with only four clicks!

The Client's User Profile
Clients can change their own User Profile through a special User Profile Page. They Log In using their e-mail address, and the Username and Password given by you or by the application. Through the User Profile Page the clients can control how often they get the information on updates of the hidden page. The User Profile page gives the clients Full Control over their subscription! 

The client can choose to get information on updates of the hidden page every time, never, or by using keywords. If the client chooses to use keywords, s/he will get the data (where his/her keywords are found) from the database via e-mail. S/he does not have to visit the hidden page. Webpage Access is Virtual Customer Service when it is as best!

Tehcnical Information
You need a UNIX server and a capability to run cgi scripts on the server. The default version of Webpage Access uses sendmail.
